I have 29 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on the UAE for 20 of those years. I served as Legal Counsel at Baker McKenzie (Habib Al Mulla) law firm for over 8 years. I hold a Master’s degree from CUCA (City University College of Ajman) with an excellent score in Civil Law, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in corporate law in the United Arab Emirates.
My expertise lies in various areas including Litigation, Real Estate, Civil Law, Banking, Arbitration, reviewing and drafting Legislation, and Labor Law. I am a member of the Bar Association in Egypt and have advocated before the Supreme Court of Cassation and Administration in Egypt, as well as the Supreme Military Court in the Egyptian Arab Republic. Additionally, I am a member of the international Arbitration in Cairo, Egypt. I am also a certified Legal Trainer from the Emirates Association of Advocates and Legal Consultants and The Arab League.
Furthermore, I am the author of the Encyclopedia of Decrees, Laws, and Real Estate legislation & Judgments of the Court of Cassation of Dubai 2014. I have also written a book on Causes of Mortgaging Insurance Expiry (UAE Law).
