Stages Of Case Duty
- 1. Our legal team will hold meeting with our client to understand the matter of the case and also request the important documents pertaining to the case, then after concluding profound and detailed legal study.
- 2. Upon concluding the study of the documents, we request the client’s opinion in relation to the documents and the documents that support such opinion.
- 3. Then we will be sending legal opinion to the client which highlight the strength and weak points along with the strategy of the work, case stages and backed elements that will be enable the client to overcome weak points and enhance the client’s position in the case such as consultation expert reports.
- 4. Upon the client’s consent on the work strategy, our legal team will send legal draft of the statement of claim or the statement of appeal (according to the work which is required to be submitted to the court), for the client get confirmation that all his concerned important points have been included and presented as per the client’s desire and notes.
